We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at support@getbearback.com. A return shipping label will be provided. The customer will be responsible for the return shipping. This amount will be deducted from the amount refunded upon receipt of the return.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain consumable items cannot be returned, like the foam roller replacements. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know when the refund has been issued. Once processed, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
Warranty
Your satisfaction with the quality of our products is our priority. For this reason, we include a 2 Year Warranty with our products. If you experience a breakage during normal use due to materials or workmanship, we will replace it. Personal care attachments such as Foam Rollers, Massage Rollers and Bristle Heads are not included in the warranty; however, replacement parts are available for purchase. Our 'Just for Fun' products are also not covered in the warranty.
Please register your product within 30 days of purchase to be eligible for the warranty.
